SR-71 blackbird on google earth

An advanced, long-range, Mach 3 strategic reconnaissance aircraft developed from the Lockheed YF-12A and A-12 aircraft often thought to include possible reverese engineering technology from ufos. The SR-71 was unofficially named the Blackbird, A defensive feature of the aircraft was its high speed and operating altitude, whereby, if a surface-to-air missile launch were detected, standard evasive action was simply to accelerate. The SR-71 line was in service from 1964 to 1998,

SR-71 ??? A plane that is out of commission for A DECADE now?

What's so interesting about this video? Why post it on a UFO blog?

If you are trying to seek exotic aircraft with Google Earth, maybe look for the TR-3B instead.

What is happening to this site? sheesh.

Fair go.

It's got to be hard to maintain a site that needs a steady flow of videos on a subject that doesn't officially exist and relies on infrequent documentaries and random encounters to provide content.

Particularly when so many folks are faking footage.

As long as Matt stays away from nutty conspiracy stuff and gorbal worming then all is well. :)

Okay, how about this-- her real top speed is more like Mach 7. Not 3. And this from a plane built in 1969. Put that in your tin foil hat and smoke it.
