Science proves aliens are real by removing their implants from humans

they monitor....but who?
aliens or humans? the aliens need a chip to minitor one being? the aliens that come on the earth from distant galaxy or solar system or from another dimension? it's possible, but i don't think so
telepathy throung the "non local field" isn't good for this, for example?
and if they use a chip, what is the reason? it could be also a good reason not only a bad reason
the questions are many..
