Didn't see this particular craft but I did see something very similar a couple of years ago in rome ga.the same fixed white lights...no marker lights...it almost hovered over a tree line beside a hwy....I drove almost underneath it and was only maybe three hundred feet or so from it....so had a pretty close look.....
