Here;s a new Ufo recently seen over Dnepropetrovsk Russia - any comments on this startling sighting?

A team of scientists is looking into what could have caused bright lights in the sky that prompted hundreds of calls to the National Weather Service and emergency officials.Callers from Maryland, Virginia and North Carolina described brilliant, streaking lights followed by an explosion-like sound around 9:45 p.m. Sunday.

Virginia residents from Hampton Roads to Richmond reported seeing "great balls of fire" lighting up the sky in shades of yellow, white orange and blue. Some described the explosion as sounding like thunder.Several calls came to Richmond International Airport, but spokesman Troy Bell said tower workers did not see anything unusual.

I was sky watching and I managed to capture with my infra red-night scope camera a bright white object moving slow as it went up in the sky. During this time, a commercial jet passes by near it. It is a very clear evening night and no stars were visible yet. Only this intense moving bright light .

On the right side of your screen you can see the orb appearing behind the shuttle, it goes up, then shortly hovers, moves into the direction of shuttle's tail, hovers again, then zips back to the right side of your screen and goes up. Also look at the lens flare, it is not moving/changing in any way; so the object does not move because of the shuttle.

I went for a motorcycle ride headed towards Hot Sulpher Springs near Winterpark, CO. To avoid the rain I took a county road 55 or Cottonwood pass. I noticed a dead cow and decided to investigate. What I found seems to be a classical mutilation case with anus cored, utters clipped, jaw portion removed and looks like it was cauterized. I should mention that the farmer thought that the cow had been dead no more than 48 hours or less, she didn't know how the 2 triangle marks could have been made in front of the utter. She also thought that the cow was pregnant and was puzzled that the animal had not been scavenged much. source

The third instalment of UFO files, transferred by the the Ministry of Defence, covers the period from 1987 to 1993.

One of the more unusual cases recounts the experience of an unidentified female who phoned RAF Wattisham in Norfolk in November 1989:

'She reported she was approached by a man who claimed to come from another planet, similar to earth. During the ten minute conversation, the man claimed his race was responsible for creating crop circles. What's more, he felt it was important for contact between the two peoples to occur. As she ran home, the woman heard a loud buzzing noise behind her, and turned to see a large, glowing spherical object rise steadily until out of sight'.
