Is this the phoenix lights again? Many Valley residents reported seeing mysterious red lights in the sky over the north Valley Monday night.Those who saw the four lights said they randomly appeared. Some said the lights made shapes, a stright line, a square and a triangle. The lights reportedly were visible for between 15 and 30 minutes at about 8 p.m.

Strange things have been seen in the skies around St. Augustine. Recently orange glowing lights were seen near the Castillo de San Marcos on Saturday.

Puckett said the two fiery balls were flying along the coast in formation.
One was slightly in front of the other, but both were going the same speed.

Monday, First Coast News learned that Saturday's sighting is the second UFO report in two weeks in the St. Augustine area.This other sighting was in St. Augustine Beach in the very early morning hours of April 14th.

However, that was a different experience.In fact it was down right scary to the people who say they saw it.

Bryan Cooper of the St. Augustine Airport took a call from a woman who says she and her husband saw something over the Intra-Coastal Waterway. It was a very large white light.

Cooper told First Coast News, "She felt it zoomed at her and charged at her and then stopped fairly close, and then it backed away and hovered a little bit. Then it moved over and came again and pulled back. It scared them so much they went inside."
Cooper checked out the airport's radar from April 14th between 2 a.m. and 4 a.m. and found nothing."However," Cooper explained, "the radar information I have only responds to airplanes or helicopters that have been assigned a transponder code."

Hey guys,
I did some further research extending the aquifer / ufo theory to another well known ufo hot spot - Mexico. It turns out that mexico city is built over one massive aquifer !!- so big infact that it is the main water source for the city, accounting for near 80% of the total water supply. This would surely explain why so many ufos are possibly attracted to mexico ? - anyways i just find the aquifer link to ufos very interesting.

I have been asked the question so much recently - why are there so many ufos over places like texas and why are there so many crop circles over places like wiltshire in the UK? .It seems that sightings seem to concentrate over particular regions on earth. Ufologists are actually aware of this and believe there is a geological explanation for this - aquifers. Ground water also known as aquifers are concentrated under certain regions in the planet. Its not just any aquifer that attracts ufos however, its mostly the chalk or those aquifers rich in minerals (explained below).In the UK it is in the london basin and in the USA there is a large aquifer belt under Texas. Infact, in the UK 98% of crop circles appear along the chalk aquifer line which runs from Dorset to Norfolk (london basin below)
In the USA you can see below that there is a large aquifer belt (in yellow) that runs right underneath texas. The texas aquifer belt is mostly a chalk and sand aquifer which is the type of aquifer that is meant to attract ufos. Hence this may explain why ufos are seen so often over texas.

So how do the aquifers attract ufos ?
Well It appears that a combination of underground water and Earth energy currents is what attracts the ufos and crop circles. The answer only becomes apparent when we think in terms of energy. "Pure water will not transmit an electric current...the greater the content of dissolved and suspended matter in the water the greater its capacity to carry an electric current." (see "Living Energies" by Callum Coates.) The water contained in chalk aquifers are heavily-laden with minerals thus making them highly-conductive conduits for the energy currents coursing through the Earth. Electromagnetic energy, just like electricity, will rapidly make its way to the best conductor around. So this is why ufos (which may somehow be recharging from the earth energy currents) are attracted regions with chalk aquifers on the planet.

UFO researcher Ed Grimsley was joined by technology analyst Charles Ostman to discuss incredible UFO sightings and battles seen using night vision goggles. "They're so unbelievable that I want the world to know they're there and I want the world to see the truth," said Grimsley, who introduced Ostman to the concept of using night vision goggles to spot UFOs.
Ostman described his own night vision UFO sighting, recounting three craft flying in formation, tailed by two craft that cris-crossed behind them, eventually forming a five object cluster. The objects, he said, were "round, hard-edged, metallic looking things" that cruised across the sky in a little over two seconds. Ostman asserted that without the goggles, he "wouldn't have seen anything at all."
