OK kiddies, here's how its done.
You go out in the desert north of town, say the Cave Creek area and setup in an area where no one will see what you're doing, usually just before dark so you can see what you're doing.
Get four large weather balloons and a tank of helium, some 100 yards of light nylon cord and about 40 cyalume light sticks. Get red ones this time.
Prepare this way: activate and insert ten glowing light sticks into each balloon. Run a length of line between each ballon in any pattern you want, maybe a triangle.
then inflate the balloons and tie the ends of the nylon line to each.
This part requires a person for each balloon, to simultaneously release the balloons into the now darkened sky. Best if there is no moon that night.
The red glow inside the balloons is bright enough to show off a visible shape in the sky as they drift across the city. Be sure and call the TV stations as they get near the city center, just in case nobody is looking up at the sky. Hace a great laugh as the networks pickup the story and run with it. You just made fools out of them !
Nice work team !
ok then do it and film it noobie ;)
