Looks just like those "earthquake lights" seen in China just before the earthquake.
During sunday with cloudless sky every metalic obiects reflect light very strongly. Some of kid baloons are made from chrome / aluminuim materials. So maybe yellow and red baloon?
No its dont look like rainbow clouds, its solid obiect.
the galactic forces will soon be prevalent in our society so that no one is afraid to speak out about what they know or see and when they do a ravaged but ready audience will listen with open minds and fearless inquisition to hear the truth about our life forces and mind forces as they merge to form the alien forces that will sooner or later become the religion of the free without warrants of greed and gluttony.
