The contrails can stop and begin again because the air humidity does it visible or not.
Chemtrail is nothing more then normal aircraft exhaust that is visible or not.

HOLY SHIT!! i did saw this tybe of cloud!!! i live in kuwait last year THE SAME COLORED-GLOWING cloud!! i was my way to the hospital by god i saw this ONLY cloud than the rest!! it was like glowing like rainbow!! it was night at the time, i knew no craft-plane or wat ever did this!!
