Well, that sequence does seem to show that the object appeared to move. But is the image cropped - that is, can the flare of the security light on the ground be removed from the equation? The appearance of concentric rings around the apparent object isn't real, in my opinion, but a common artefact produced by LED-based technology. Show me an example produced by an optical lens on conventional film, and I'll reconsider my opinion.
But as it stands, that 'ring' effect, like orbs and rods, is, I believe, a product of digital photographic technology, not UFOs or the paranormal.
By all means convince me otherwise...
Humans are idiots , show em a light in the sky and their brains become silly putty. Watch the light swing from left to right , right to left , tic tock , tic tock , you are getting very sleepy , you will take no action to find out what the light is , and you will convince others to not take action to find out what the light is. You will only take pictures or videos and babble the same stupid stuff that other humans babble because You have a need to fit in. I'm in with the in crowd , I say what the in crowd say. I have a UFO picture , now I am important ! Now I have bragging rights and thats all I care about. This then is 99% of the humans.
