Cigar Ufo over Ukraine june 2008 - or plane?
I posted this before and always though it was a plane but after loooking closely i am not sure - whats your thoughts guys?

looks genuine.
too bad (but this is understandable) that the movement of the camera is just a tad too erratic to have a clear picture.
I do not think that was a plane, but something unorthodox.

Looks like an ICBM
The footage is not to steady so its hard to focus on, I say 50-50, it could be a jet looked at an odd angle or it could be one of the "cigar" UFOs.
an ICBM is a missile that follows a sub-orbital ballistic flightpath with the objective of delivering a warhead to a predetermined target.
This clearly does not show a sub-orbital ballistic flightpath.
I think you mean a cruise missile, which flies a direct non-ballistic trajectory.
Seems a bit big for a cruise missile, really.
