This object is HUGE! Amazing!
My wife and I saw this thing in 1984 near the Hudson river. I've always been disturbed by what I saw. Seeing this video brings it all back. This was exactly what many of us saw that evening.
Back in 1984 my dad and I were driving along 9D North bound towards Cold Springs at about 9:30 pm, having just a few minutes before crossed the Bear Mountain bridge. I was driving my 1980 camaro with my dad in the passenger seat. It was a warm summer night and we had the glass panels out of the "T" top. I for reasons I don't recall, looked up and saw a formation of blue/green and red lights forming a straight line. The formation of lights were evenly spaced with a repeating pattern of green and red, green and red. The lights spanned approximately 100-150 feet across at an altitude of 500-750 feet. My dad and I got out of the car and watched the lights move towards the North at about 10-15 mph. We viewed the lights for about 5 minutes. There was no noise comming from up above nor was there any traffic noise around us, just quiet and darkness, as the lights moved out of view towards the North.
PLEASE PUT THE VIDEO BACK. I SAW A UFO RIGHT AROUND THAT SAME TIME. IT HOVERED AROUND FOR ABOUT 45 MINUTES.I WORKED AT A RESTARAUNT ON THE SHORE OF HUDSON AND I WATCHED FOR ABOUT 30 MINUTES. PEOPLE THINK IM CRAZY.
why was this youtube account closed? I saw one of the huge Hudson Valley UFO's in '84 while I was with a large group of people at a party. The house was near the Taconic Parkway and quite close to Indian Point. I have been haunted by the memory of what I saw, as have many of the other witnesses, but there's been great frustration at the lack of photos or video of the event (those were the days before we all had cell phones with cameras!). I would love to know where I might be able to see any pictures of the object. What I saw was at least several football fields big, made no noise, travelled very slowly and was so low that we could see details of the metal body of the ship. (It was NO ultra light stunt!)
