The poster says it was filmed over France last night. I thought it looked like stadium lights zoomed in but not sure after the 2 little lights appeared below. This reminds me to tell people filming Ufos to keep a steady hand and always pick up a point of reference like i.e show streets and landscape . What are your opinions on this footage people?

Why are all recordings of UFOs made with hand held video cameras? Doesn't anyone own a tripod? Who would be out shooting anything at night without a tripod?
Lets begin to train our spotter to use verbal cues to give us an indication of where they are pointing their cameras. Also an indication of the fact that they are zoomed in fully, or zoomed out fully.
Then we can recreate a small amount of information about the size and relative velocity across the field of view. Also they should use the tripod to hold the camera still for a period of time for researchers to calculate the velocity.
Why is there no training for the videographers?
Also, why are there never any published reports of multiple observers and a triangulated calculation of the "real path of flight?"
two or three simultaneous observations with data about direction of the camera will surely pinpoint the location and actual direction of travel. I never see this being done. That makes me wonder about the investigators and their methods, when there are often explanations that might be dismissed easily if the triangulation would identify the true path of flight.

Couldn't agree more, although keeping a highly zoomed frame rock steady is really very difficult without a tripod or something to lean on. As always with these night shots without any other references, (which again is always difficult to achieve at night) the usual result is that what is actually captured can quite literally be anything, especially when the pattern of movement of the object cannot be clearly determined from the footage. As suggested this could quite easily be a normal floodlight cluster seen from a distance.
Im French and sometime I got a few sighting. But I only have a Cellphone so...
If you have some Ref. on camera & more w/ nightshot : Make a post ! :)
