Well,
I dunno which episode of UFO-Hunters it was, but they debunked this kind of UFO as a artifact.
Its most likely just an ice particle that looks like this because of the way the camera is build.
Round mirror with a hole in the middle to reflect the light into the camera - If you have an object really close to the camera it starts looking like this: round with a black hole in the center.
just my two cents please teach me if you really know better
