Movement seems very inorganic. It most likely is hoax. If that is not the case then I would just assume it was an animal. The clarity of the video does not back it up so for all I can see it could just be a deer with a birth defect or something.

Is it suspicious to anyone that the car coming up on the right side doesn't seem to notice anything?
So bizzare. The structure and the leaping. First, I thought it was a skinless dog or something but now I'm not sure. The speed it went was intense and it didn't flinch or stop when those cars came. It just ran right through.
that's a very strange..dog. or a hoaxie hoax. btw, what's the point of CCTV if you can't see better details anyway?
just as a side note, I don't think that evolved beings travelling with the speed of light act so much like monkeys.
It's a stupid deer.
