What could this object be people? A Meteorite can turn back right ?

What the f**k? That's one of craziest things I've ever seen!
That's an old one. It was discussed and debunked at ATS. Is somebody, holding a flare, running around a bridge at night in Brazil. That's not a meteorite, it's a simple flare stick.
Far more likely to be fireworks.

Is that thing changing directions?
Radio controlled model aircraft with some sort of firework attached, video slowed down slightly, audio out of synch. Just a guess.
