Artesia New Mexico ... quite a few reports keep coming in from here .. this one with a stunning flash at the end... is this the flash from a satellite taking a photo? please comment...

The bright flash over Artesia New Mexico June 25, 2009" was the UFO jumping to WARP SPEED.
the light at the top never moves is it something with the camera?
it kinda makes the video look fake.
