Its one of those candle-hot air baloons. They were real popular this year.
I also saw the orange bright light on july 18, 20009 at around 11:30 pm looking south from bass lake, indiana, it was moving south and then stopped and slowy dimmed away. interesting..
I just saw the same orange ball over the Grissom Air Base...I see a lot of planes out here..and this was nothing I had seen before..looked exactly like the video..and just disappeared
