weather ballon there is a long rope on it.
My Fiancee and I, who live in Phoenix, AZ, saw this object over Phoenix on our way home from work at approximately 6:30 pm MST. It was creepy to see it in Flagstaff as well.
Sorry guy I have seen a great deal of ufo footage but this one appears to be just a plain ole white, hot air balloon filmed from very far away.
Theres lots of ballooning in Kent and as for the dog barking, it's funny how it only barks when he speaks just like most dogs would if someone was near them and talking whilst they're guarding their territory.
