Pretty likely these are helicopters with searchlights on, probably searching for someone. The blinking lights are the normal running lights. They look much more like that than UFOs.
These are VERY obviously planes on a standard landing pattern that takes them towards the camera, then turning to the camera's right as they approach the airport.
Those objects are planes coming in for a landing. This was shot next to an airport.
I witnessed almost the exact same type of object or objects over my home near Beaumont Texas at about 6:45 p.m. local time on December 21, 2009 as well.
Wow! I can't believe this was posted! This is video of a Grand Theft Auto game. To explain the background traffic,the tv was brought outside and was filmed by the road. Not a bad idea..LOL
