So why would a Alien craft have a bright light that shines all around out to nowhere. To tease the humans? And here is a question , why is it that pilots that own their own planes do not go up to have a look and record ufo's that are in one place for extended periods of time. Why is it that no private owned planes went up to have a look at the phoenix lights ? Or other ufo's that are in on place for a long time. Why is it that people take no action other then to watch and or record ?

It seems to me that all these vids of the lights in Moscow are always around the same buildings. Hmmm. Somebody's pulling a heck of a prank. Could be argon gas in balloons.

So is what your saying because no one went up in a plane to see it,it isn't real ? And do you think pilots can just go up and fly without clearance?
