Lights in the sky , so what.
Those are floating lanterns again, drifting with the wind. It's just like that clip from Poland a few days ago, only it's night.
I think it is fairly clear, by the way the points seem to gradually change position relative to each other and the way they drift across the sky in the same general direction (and linear)strongly suggests item(s) drifting on the wind. Further the flickering effect is surely associated with candle flicker. Another example of chinese lanterns which seem to be ubiquitous these days, perhaps? A much more rational explanation than an unknown aircraft of secret or extra-terrestrial origin.
