This was captured on my phone over Nowra (Australia) on the 17th of September 2010. This is unedited, has has no sound and is slightly blurry. I couldn't figure out how to fix it so I apologize. I didn't hear any sound from the object (probably too far away).
In by saying that it's a UFO I'm not claiming it's an alien, just trying to get opinions.
It creates a cool halo on the clouds.
I uploaded this directly to youtube in 3p
A few more details of which I did not add that may be of use:
1. The time was around 0500
2. I noticed a glow on the Horizon
3. Within about 15 seconds I had my phone camera out of my pocket and recording.
4. My phone video camera was unfortunately set to mute audio at the time, due to the mad rush I was fiddling around too much. I just wanted to get the video before I lost it. Note: I know this may all seem coincidental and very typical. I'm a painter and was preparing to go to work when I sighted this. Rate this posting:

Myself and 15 others saw three of these things flying together off the coast in Oceanside California. We were much closer to them. They glowed so brightly they reflected off the clouds. It was about 11:30 at night.
looks to me that the lights are following your binoculars.,like they are spots on your lens.
At first it looks like a chinese lantern but it does seem a little too bright.
To the second Anonymous poster:
I, too, thought this video was just some fool posting lens flare as a UFO. However, if you pay close attention, the two lens flares are NOT the subject of the video. There is another light, in the distance, that does NOT move with the lens, but instead moves independent of camera movement. At first, because it is slow moving, I thought it was just another street light, but it travels around the background as a single, soft blue-white light with a disc of cloud reflection above it.
The two yellowish, bright spots of lens flare are ALSO in the shot, but you have to ignore them and look towards the background.
On first, and second, viewings, this is a very interesting video. However, bear in mind that the Royal Australian Navy has a large base at Nowra. Helicopter with searchlights perhaps?
Wow, that is some spectacular footage!
Too bad about the sound :{
We are not alone, regardless to the legitimacy of this video.
This moves way too fast to be a helicopter.
