This seems to be a similar to the Norway Spiral. It is believed this is a Soyuz capsule being launched at dusk. RealUfos would like to hear from people in Russia who also spotted this sighting and would like to hear your comments on what you think this is.

I don't get it though! Here you have this great big "thing" in the sky, yet busses and cars are driving by, apparently OBLIVIOUS to the whole thing! Only ONE person sees something THAT large? That's what makes me skeptical!
I would say it's a ballistic missile test. Some of those can look pretty strange if you've never seen 1 before. There was a similar video (last year, I think) of a UFO at an airport in China that created a lot of controversy, when in actuality it was just a minotaur carrier missile being deployed. Either way, it does look REALLY odd, even for a missile.
Looks like a missile to me.
there was a ICBM missile launch that night in that area. So do the math.
It's nothing like the Norway spiral in fact it's not a spiral at all. Possible rocket launch of some kind.
A Soyuz launcher rocketed into orbit from northern Russia Saturday (Feb. 26) with a lighter, more capable Glonass navigation payload for the Russian government, resuming a modernization initiative to improve the country's positioning satellite fleet after a rocket mishap destroyed three spacecraft in December.

Deborah,..these busses & cars that are driving by, don't know that they need to "keep their eyes to the skies" or they miss these things,..too busy going places! but I take your point!?
Then I think we're all in agreement this is a carrier missile launch to put a satellite into orbit then? Good.
Some of my sperm has escaped!
It Figures!
