Impressive sighting... Doesn't look like lanterns. Arizona is definitely a hot bed of strange aerial phenomena. I have a coworker that works from Phoenix, AZ and on a whim I asked her what she thought of the UFO phenomena and to my amazement she described two events of very close UFO encounters which she described as terrifying and life altering. Keep in mind this person could not be considered a UFO conspericist or not of sound mind. Creepy.

I see nothing like this in my night sky,..ever!!
So why would I believe? how could I, or anyone!?..BUT!
I'm interested, because everyone else seems to be seeing something,
but not I!!..ARE WE ON THE SAME PLANET? I don't even get to see Chinese Lanterns!
All I get to see,is every one else's hand me downs..Disgruntled!

I saw the same thing from my backyard last night and it was amazing! I did not get it on film but i did run in the house and grabbed my wife and kids so they could see it too. I was so excited to see this clip this morning so that people wont think i am crazy when i try and explain this experience. I would love to see this hit the news and hear them try and and say its a weather balloon. lol

Looks a lot like night skydivers to me. Interesting, but I'm not convinced this shows anything that can't be explained.

As a resident of southern Arizona, I can say, one can see things like this almost nightly. What are they?

Most, if not all of the time, they are helicopters, helicopters searching the desert for smugglers.

I keep looking up for the real thing.

Helicopters... Really? & the lights move from right to left after fixed hovering, skydivers can't do that.

Guys look at the movements, they look digitized. For a home movie whoever it is that put the movie together knew what they were doing, i.e. audio and editing. Come on guys I know we're better than this, make sure you look at videos objectively because your decisions reflect on all of us

Tis isn't CGI, however some1 on youtube sent me a video of the Golden Knights skydiving team in which they performed a routine very similar to the movements shown here. I'm not 100% convinced that's what this is, but i'm leaning in that direction. It's definitely not CGI.

Helicopters ...Yep! I have sat on a hill top and watched helicopters during the day and night herding smugglers toward waiting Border Patrol Agents.

The real thing will be caught on video someday. Keep those cameras rolling.

i saw these strange lights and was trying to find out what they were. looks like someone got much better video than i did. it was quite strange i must say. the video doesnt do what i saw in person justice. The lights were quite impressive. first "ufo' sighting i have seen in person. i saw them for about :90 second while i was riding in the car in scottsdale about 5 miles north of old town scottsdale. very intriguing and definitly dont know what they were.

Did you happen to record this while they was filming Fact or Faked: Paranormal Files? they was trying to remake footage previously recorded in that spot using lanterns. Maybe you saw them while they was recording.

Anyone saying it's CGI is wrong. I saw the lights from this night when I went to the store (Wal Mart). I was in N Scottsdale. Got out of my car and a group of people in the aisle of the parking lot next to me were looking back towards Phoenix (away from the store).

I have no idea what it actually was, but it's def not faked. I saw it with my own eyes :) They def did not move like planes, helicopters, skydivers, etc. The video doesn't do what was going on justice, but at the very least, the video is real b/c it shows what I saw myself.
