I am no expert! . But you don't need to be an Einstein to figure out that flares and Chinese lanterns do not stay put like they are nailed to the sky! Quite clearly, with the lighted windows in the flats as reference, they are stationary. GREAT filming! Keep it up! Tha Bilderbuggers' time is ending!4600

Because of the shape and proximity to the landscape behind the buildings this looks to me like a highway with traffic showing an unobscured view from the camera angle. Just a quick observation...I could be mistaken.

An interesting observation, I can picture that!! an yes,who knows!?
BUT! if the locals of that area NEW
of this distant HIGHWAY with its string of Traffic headlights,as your suggesting,then..WHY has it been Video recorded,suggesting its something else?..unless it WAS something else!? But its a good point you make!?:)..
Could this be a mistaken view of what was seen, by someone just passing through this area,from that point of viewing,not knowing the area!?..and thinking:..Thats

and the lights were along way off
for anyone to clearly identify.....
