The footage is pretty nice because he zooms out so we can see the enviroment and decide better if its fake or not ... anyway i like those small lights around the UFO that rotate or what :)
Maybe it's a anti-drug cartel surveillance craft used to monitor criminal activity?

I was in Medellin at the time, and during the day i also saw 2 ufo's, i have pictures too, if anyone would like to see them give me a shout.
