If someone wants a translation i could give one.
I've been in Cologne on that Saturday and I noticed a single flying object just like the ones in the video in the sky. It was about the same time as seen in the video.
It was moving straight on, no turns or sth like that.
I showed it to some other guys who said it's propably a plane (which it didn't look like at all) or one of those baloons.
I was the one who left the Cologne comment.
One has to mention that on the same night there might have been a lot of prom nights where those lighted baloons are often sent to the sky
