On holiday from Chili Felipe Nadeau took a photo from the bridge over Lord Street in the City.
It's part of a spooky series of photos taken within 15 seconds of each other.
Only ONE shot shows the 'image' he says is a UFO.
“I took it home - showed it to everyone, showed it to my friends and they were like 'oh this is a UFO' in Perth!”
