Bizarre cloud filmed again this time over Romania
Its very weird how that strange cloud phenomenon filmed over Moscow earlier this month appeared over Romania as well the other day:

It kind of looked like there was a path to the left of the cloud.. like a cloaked ship was distorting the clouds?
