President of the Russian republic of Kalmyka speaks out about his abduction
From 2009 - the leader of a Russian Republic, Kalmykia Kirsan Ilyumzhinov said in a television interview he has had a Close Encounter on an Alien spacecraft. Got to give this guy some credit for coming forward considering his position:

It's pretty nutty to conclude that because a chessboard has 64 squares and the game has rules it must have come from space.
