This UFO is what we call a slow-walker. A high-energy lifeform.
There are people who think that there are lifeforms living on the edge of our atmosphere who like seaturtles must go from one environment to the next to breed.
In this case the UFO move between space and our atmosphere. You could compare them with a kind of single-cell high energized creature. Others see them similar to deepsea lifeforms, which have the abillity to (il)luminate their body.
We currently distinct three classes of UFO:
1 - the kind we see in our atmosphere
2 - slow walkers - 2nd phenomenae
3- fast walkers - UFO that move at an incredible speed and are only visible as streaks / flashes of light. When you watch a video with these UFO frame by frame, you can see their actual spiral shape.
They look similar to the "rods" seen on earth, often referred to as UFO of the third phenomenae. Normally NASA quickly turns away their cameras when UFO appear but this time for whatever reason they tracked it.

I'm confused. I don't really have enough knowledge about what space debris look like too affirmatively identify ANYTHING in this video, but i'm pretty sure if NASA doesn't know exactly what it is it's safe to assume it's something abnormal...? And no, i saw the winged beast too! Odd stuff, but they don't sound too alarmed by it, so i guess it's nothing... BTW, the dude who's anonymously going on about "walkers", who are "we" and these "people who think..." Are you part of some galactic alliance who identify and monitor alien life forms, or are you just a schizophrenic?
It wasn't the white ring thing that got me, it was the semi visible thing clinging to the side of the iss and the woman saying "sir, it's moving" when it moved that freaked me. Like something out of preditor! Look carefully and you will see it. I thought it was a space walker at first but on closer inspection it is nothing of the kind.
Mainly a small piece of out of focus debris spinning along in front of the camera....
Im beginning to think these upper atmosphere UFO's are not alien crafts but bio entities. Ive seen lot of Nasa footages, to me they are creatures/critters that somehow survive in the vacuum of space. We see ind deep sea how creatures can live off methane sediment rocks! they become luminous creatures. I do believe UFO's as in alien crafts exist, ive seen 3 altogether , one was very close had the shape of an oval..with plasma energy around it. Ive called my pleiadian guides once or twice and they show up in these plasma like balls.
that is about the best thing i ever seen on here that is a living creature of some sort.
um...that "washer" is blinking...and just made a left turn. NASA must have some special "washers"

Come on....all you can see here is a spacewalk, an o-ring, and a lot of video compression artefacts which makes stuff look like its "pulsing".
"Rods" = insects +video artefacts. Long since proven multiple times.

I actually saw an episode of UFO hunters that was devoted towards debunking the UFOs in the now famous NASA tether incident. They look exactly like the blinking disc object filmed in this video. They found that they were just anomalies caused by the NASA cameras when filming in deep space. So there's that.
the maltese cross is nothing just pure luck of image, the circle of moving light probably just a reflection of some sort, however there is something moving on that station, what it is I don't know and they seem a bit too calm for people who would not have been informed of events like this possibly happening. I'd say at best guess they knew something could happen from the training they may have had but they probably weren't sure of what to expect. After watching this many times I really cannot accept that this is just errors with the camera trying to focus with lack of light etc... there is " something " moving on that station but for all we know it could have just been a little prank that the bored people of the space station decided to play or maybe it was something bigger than anything we have ever had before.
