It 's a blimp
My girlfriend reported seeing a low flying, silent craft with four bright lights pointing downward at about 10:00 pm EST on 3/25/11 here in western Massachusetts.It even lit up the ground. She is reluctant to go public with it as she previously wasn't a believer! I'm trying to research sightings that happened around the same time hoping that someone else spotted this too.

Looks like a large balloon or blimp of some sort.
I uploaded this sighting mikib76 if you look further on you tube there is another sighting in the same area!
It was a friend that filmed this on a crap mobile phone while out running.

Hey me and my brother saw exactly the same thing from our window near aldgate London.
Me and three of my friends also saw this on that night from my balcony, and couldn't work out what it was. At first we thought it was a helicopter, but it was more of a ring shape, and pretty stationary. It stayed there for about 10 minutes before moving off to the left behind canary wharf. If anyone fancies doing the geometry, it appeared at the river end of greenland dock (if you were facing along it lengthways). It would be good to know what it was, as we couldn't think of an explanation. It really didn't look like a blimp (must have been though I guess).
I accidentally captured on two pictures of what seemed to be a UFO hovering over the Petronas Twin Towers on 24th March 2011. Could this be the same UFO?
