I don't think the first video is from Hungary. They are not speaking hungarian (I would know that :) ), they kinda sound like if they were from South America...
Not Hungary - Apatzingan is in Mexico!

It was in Apatzingan, Mexico. The video is very clear. There is something going on there. the video was taken in a rural area by the hills of the town. The woman who speaks in the video is kinda excited. Def one of the best ufos vids on the web.
