My logic asks; why would a civilian operate an extremely expensive drone at that altitude & risk the possibility of destroying not 1 but 2 pieces of delicate, & bank-breaking hardware? Even if it's military, why would they be hanging out @ the top level of an epic skyscraper? What possible purpose would that serve other than stealth surveillance when these aren't stealth at all, yet are rather easily visible to the naked eye...? what purpose does that serve other than confusion & hysteria? Isn't that the military's exact opposite objective (unless they're trying to divert attention from something else)? I just don't see the logical purpose of drones being deployed @ that altitude in the vicinity of this brightly lit skyscraper. It doesn't make sense as a military tactic.
