Its important to note that Chile has been active with UFO sightings recently.
Many ufo / ovni reports were attributed to bizzare night time military testing directly over Santiago city, however some reports still can not be explained. Infact many question why the Chilean military continue to perform very strange exercises over the crowded city late at night.
