Since it's not moving it appears to me to be the "Summer Triangle" which are made up of Altair, Deneb and Vega.
It is nothing other than Spiga Saturn and Mars aligned in that shape!
I have been seeing it for a while in Spain too, checked with google sky map.
Please review severily videos that you post in here, I like the site but some filters are in order imo.
Looks to be three bright stars.

I live in Iowa and was walking the dog the other night and saw the exact same thing. My first reaction was hmm, stars are aligned just right to make a triangle. Then I watched it for a while and started wondering what I was looking at. It didn't move, but I thought after a while it was kind of strange since I have never witness stars in that formation.
