Dateline 2005 Highly Detailed UFO over Colombia
While supervisors were filming a demo video at a construction site in 2005 in Colombia South America, they happened upon this amazing disc shaped UFO in the sky

wonder if it was observing the construction site like maybe it was something nuclear? hehe..
i say balloon made 2 look like a saucer
woah! that looks pretty good.
How could a balloon stay so still for so long without blowing around everywhere? Although I am very open minded and will not dismiss your theory.
It's mylar -- you can tell by its sheen, the bulbous protrusion on top (balloon seam), and the wind-blown wobbling motion while adrift.
