I think it's fake because of the way they talk. Sounds like bad acting.
And the lights don't seem too convincing.

He's clearly filming from behind glass (you can see the dirt). The "UFO" never moves or rotates. It's clearly a reflection from behind (indoors).

I am not convinced that it is fake because it is shot behind glass, in the very begining, you can see that they are in a car and they are clearly on a road. I am definetly certain this is not a chandelier...not from inside a car!
And these lights are similar to many other captured sightings.

Also, after watching it again, notice that though the 'camera' work (probably cell phone) is shaky, the lights are not moving, which they would if it is a reflection. So I am confident that this is not a reflection on the glass.

And! as far as the 'UFO' not moving- this is not a valid argument, many sightings describe or show the 'ufo' as stationary.
