The description of the alien speaking with the man's voice sounded really freaky!
The video doesn't seem conclusive at all. From what I know, they could be building anything resembling flying saucers. I have no idea what the structure of such a ship might be..
Plus, I think in an operation so top-secret, they would know better than filming around and having such high risk of this evidence leaking out. Then again, they could have relied on the fact no one would think those men were actually building flying saucers..
