Two balls of light!...the second light very low to the ground,looks like it MIGHT have come up from the ground, or probably just farther away, but low!...?
What I don't know, is this site perhaps, a power station??....?
The problem with this is that the car is moving so the "speed" of the objects may only be an illusion.
