Lunar Orbitor captures bright object on the moon

I have posted many times about the bases on the moon and evidence from NASA's own website which reveals these objects being poorly photoshoped out.. Now the recent Lunar Orbiter has captured a bright 'T shapped' object on the moons surface. Very strange for such large object to enimate light like this - Is it a camera anomoly, building or something else?
