Hm, looks familiar to me. There are more videos with a light that appears to have a hole in the middle and has been cut at the buttom when zoomed in. Is this an effect of the camera itself?
Yes, but why would somone go to that much trouble and lies for nothing? if it was't true, i don't think she would of taken it to the national news.
I've seen this object with a hole in the middle, lit the same way, but throbbing in a NASA UFO video on youtube. Very similar.
Could also be a White Chinese Lantern. Most are red or orange, but they come in all colors.
Sure wish she would have gotten in her car to driver over there and check it out. Its what most of us would have done had we seen it.

We believe what we 3 ladies saw was a U.F.O infact not one but 3 of them. This happened ten years ago we have never told anyone until now. The property that I lived on was a sprawling 160 acres with cattle on it. One evening I saw & noted 3 red circular glows in the sky to right of us over another farmhouse. We began to get nervous & one of them broke away coming toward us, it came so frighteningly close it was opposite us on the country road, it was huge, circular, with all flashing lights of bright green orange red yellow I think. It seemed noiseless. The first girl who worked for a television channel screamed & fled in fear. The second lady attempted to leave but her car just cut out & she had no power. I tried to stay calm watching this object that I knew was and had to be a UFO. I feared we would be or could be "sucked up" for experimentation. I got myself and dogs inside & watched it then it tilted on its side, and sped off. The second lady unable to flee because of her car no power called emergency breakdown service. Meantime we tried to start her car over & over. When breakdown service came at least an hour later the car was back to normal he said nothing wrong with your battery & we wondered about the loss of power at the same time of the UFO. We decided to not speak of this as we knew we would not believed. I know what we saw. I know we saw a real U.F.O
