Chinese lanterns over Russia?
Often i am sent ufo videos from Russia like the one below. To me they all look like Chinese lanterns because they 'flicker' on and off. However, I would like your feedback - do they look like lanterns?

If it looks like a lantern, moves like a lantern... well, you know what I'm going to say!
If looks like a duck , quacks like duck , walks like a duck , well then it's a
It would be great if more people were accustomed to providing more detailed information of the footage they film.
Details like
1. Wind speed
2. Temperature
3. Weather
4. Day shot of area for nighttime
footage.
If we new what the wind speed and direction was at the time of this footage we could come to a more definitive answer.
I myself struggle with these types of sightings because there are so many orb sightings both day and night. Some that date back 40 to 60 years.
Many of us have seen the footage of the orbs captured on camera at crop formations in England.
Whatever these objects are, to me the more logical scenario for the flickering is that the objects are passing behind trees.
Other than that, I can only speculate.
Unable to define!...could be what you think it to be.
