about what though!?
Could just be a hight power wire short or in other words a branch just quickly hitting two power lines at once causing that quick flash.
Yeah, it could be an arc flash,I have seen many,however if this is what it is, it is a huge,massive example that would cause an equally massive power outage.Perhaps an entire power distribution center blowing up.Shouldn't be hard to locate.
