This has been seen in Mexico during the day,and that was something amazing,if you've never seen it before,...a bubbling cloud

Last I saw was a night vision over Turin,Italy when the "Triad" formed a small phase bubble in the center of the ship,which then enclosed the entire ship,and the bubble popped and it was gone.
