I saw this when I walked out on the balcony so I started to record it.I have seen this kind of blinking UFOs in 2012 and I have uploaded a video before with similar acting UFOs.To me it seems like they are blinking and then disappering and then reappear on a different spot but that is just what I think.Airplanes and helicopters does not act like this

Pardon me for my ignorance. Do you have Lightening Bugs/Fireflys in Sweden? I'm sure you would see such a thing happen here in the Midwest, with regularity in the Summer.
We do not have fireflies in Sweden.
