It might be one of those new kites I've seen on YouTube. Heck, anymore between kites, lanterns, balloons w/flares and CGI, it's sure being made tougher for us to discern, isn't it?

This reminds me of a sighting in Indonesia of a pterodactyl that was glow-in-the-dark.
