Lights look like party ballons (with candels) - constantly slow and fluently moving, no overtaking and no typical patterns. We took those ballons for ourselves ;-)
Die Lichter sehen nach typ. Party-Ballons mit Kerzen- oder Spiritus-Watte-Antrieb aus. Sie bewegen sich kontinuierlich langsam und überholen sich nicht, bilden keine Muster. Solche Ballons haben wir schon selbst steigen lassen ;-)

saw something yesteday 23:40 over Kreuzberg, four objects, 3 with sort of headlights, one totally dark. the dark one flew pretty close, size maybe two-three meters, sphere shape, changing shape continuously though. it flew just few meters from a high building in Wilhelm strasse, actually lower than top floor. pretty weird.
