This is debunked. The story is an elaboration over original reports and does not validate through the footage (e.g. moving objects, formations etc are not shown - the items are static against a moving cloud field).

These objects and footage as shown are also not radar images but IR images at Long Zoom of Oil platform flares. You can even see heat reflections from the sea below in some of the images.

Plenty of other more interesting cases out there, but this one is highly suspect and good analysis has been done to show these are of human origin.
