Is this possibly another Ufo over O'Hare airport - 8th august 2008?

This is the apparent Video of the 2nd ufo sighting over O'Hare airport, taken on Aug.8th 2008 by a worker at the airport on his cell phone. Its really poor quality and i am not sure what to make of it - What do you think guys?

Since the video is so short, the object in question could be anything... a helo, an approaching plane, a blimp. It certainly doesn't display any unhearthly capability.
